you can get more bang for buck by mixing yeast, water, and sugar in a 2-liter bottle as pictured... if you maintain it by replacing water and adding sugar it will produce co2 for the duration of your grow... the hose is used to attach to the back of fan for co2 dispersal...

just to add a little to this post... for easier transplanting... i pick up a bag of gravel from home depot for 4 bucks... on the bottom of every pot or cup i put in a layer an inch or so deep... the roots do not grow into the gravel that much... and when transplanting the rooted soil slides...
