I love to just crush my stems every few weeks to do just this. You don't have to bend or reduce height just as Squidbilly said. Just crush them and they will heal back up with more pathways for nutrients and water. Great input!

It doesn't have to be major. I use a 60-100w 6500k if I use a CFL. might need two depending on how many clones you're covering. But make sure you grab something in the 5000-6500k range.

It depends on a lot of factors - but typically 7-14 days. I have cloned in rockwool, soil, coco, and aeorponic cloners. All produced results. The cloner is the fastest and yields to most significant roots in my experience. However I have had almost 100% success rate no matter the method...
