thats an exceptional yeild is there a trick,i got 2 400w and a 600w hps veg my plants under cfl's and for now i got 50g of one of the plants in a 3gallon pot under the 600w unde the 400w in 2 gallon pot i get 30-40g

i got this advice from a member here Epsom salts are very good for your grow. Use it once a month and it will strengthen your weed and prevent a lot of problems. 1 Tsp./ gallon of water. Just don't go crazy with it.

i set the fan at 15min every 2-3 hours,quess thats not too much

do i need to have a circulating fan in or can i just keep it like that and is it enough to turn the fan on every 1h or half an hour for 15 min is that too much,thanks for the reply
