yes he can run them for 24 hrs, but he wants to save as much electricity as possible, so i would have them go off as much as possible, and yea u don't really need any of the fans on at night,its just overkill and ur plants don't really need the airflow at night, except for maybe the exhaust fan...

i would have the 2 circulation on while the lights r on, and with intake n exhaust u dont want them on together, u want ur intake to bring air in, let that air stay in the room for about 30min, then have the intake go off and ur exhaust go on for like 5 min make the air exit, then have ur intake...

are the pods just one one plant or on all of them? if they are on all of them u may have had a male pollenate in your room and that could have caused the other plants to go hermie, make sure u have no light leaks cuz if they get light during their dark time then that could also make them go hermie

well today when i finished filling my 25 gallon reservoir, i put all my nutes in... and i also put neem oil into the res. but i only put like 4 gallons worth of the neem oil. should i completely drain and refill my res because i put neem oil into it? or will it be fine because there isnt that...
