Some leaves turning yellow on clones is normal, the clones are taking nutrients from the leaves to grow roots.

Are you getting consitently high bills? or did you just get one? You need to go out and check to see that the meter reader read your meter right. They make mistakes. I got a power bill a couple years ago that was about 4 times my normal bill with no plants growing or anything, just household...

they sell them in the garden section of home depot and lowes for less than $10. They have one at harbor freight for $5. they tell ph and light levels too, but those readings dont seem accurate to me, just use the cheapies for the moisture meter part.
