i literally just took a few cuts the other day, left them right next to a window that gets good light with nothing, but a little bit of tap water . The cut rooted within' a week. Tomato plants clone pretty damn easily.

try getting some stakes and tie all the main branches outward, so that the middle is more opened up. That may help.

I've heard and seen people use milk (non-fat) for mildew prevention. I honestly never have used milk. Best to use a mixture of peroxide &/or a little bit of vinegar mixed with water for p.m. That is why you used the milk for right, p.m?
