I watered it and put it a little farther away just in case that it was the light doing that, if anything now i would think the plant would stretch. I think im going to keep it that way till i can get a solid answer as to whats going on. Anyone? Thank you.

Ok i'm growing 1 lowryder ak47 and its a little over two weeks old i'd say. I'm using 2 26w cfl's in a pc grow case with an exhuast fan. I'm using organic miracle grow which i think is the problem but would like some more input. I think this is nute burn or burn from the lights being too close...

Any suggestions for lights that i could get at home depot?

Sorry, are you talking cfl's? Or the long ones. If you mean the long ones im growin in a pc case. If your talking cfl's where would it say? The ones that i bought didnt say that, they dont have the color temp anywhere on the case or the bulb either. Thanks

Thanks for the help. I filled the cup with soil this time, my mistake last time was filling it halfway. That brought the plant out of the cup more and now i have the plant in the best spot for the lighting. I checked the bag of soil i was using and it said its organic so i think it should be...

Yeah i check the soil by putting my finger an inch or two under the soil and check if its dry or not. if its dry i water it till it comes out the bottom then stop. As far as the cfl's i have 2 26w but i dont know their color temp, so would i be ok or should i get something at home depot.

Im concerned at the height of this plant. After doing quite a bit of reading on lowryders it says they start to flower in about two weeks and thats kinda where im at. I also read that the plants triple in size which is whats keeping my hopes up for my baby. anyways.. Ok let me first start...

How do you tell what the color temp is on a bulb like this? I saved the case that looks similar to this only difference is that i have a 26w. I'm just curious to where i can look to find what the color temp is displayed

Don't mean to hijack your thread but i have a question for the second post here. You said 1 23w 6500k light. 6500 is the lumens right? I have 2 26w lights that are 1750 lumens each, did i just get the wrong light or not the right amount of lumens? Not really sure. Thank you.

Just did mine today, you need a 12v phone charger type of thing. You most likely have it laying around somewhere. Just splice the wires and hook em up and watch it go!!! lol
