yeah thats true and a very good point ... i start mine in seeding soil ... and let them go to about two weeks before adding them to there final 3 gal pots of light soil.... some full soils are too strong and cause burning from day 1

my advise is go real easy with the nutes .... autos burn so easy ... and by the time you see it its a day too late and the burn keeps coming!, its much better to wait until you see the plant needs nutes (pale looking complection)........ all plants will be differnt but i should have waited...

without a doubt ... and heaps of it :-) have a read through some soil making threads ... its recommended by most if not all, there are many things that can be added, its almost a science within a science... its just a case of finding what suits the method and strain your using

geting a tent wont help your smell issues ... you'll still gonna need a carbon filter to remove the smell ...and a decent inline fan to pull/push the air though it ..... and thats costs money ... all nice stuff to have i must admit if the budget is tight .... i'd choose a strain that isnt...
