More than likely the chlorophyll breaking down. If the bud burns smoothly and the ashes are soft, you need not worry about not flushing enough etc.

You have at least another month to go. The buds will fatten up, calyxes will multiply. Are you mixing up trichomes with pistils (hairs)?

I think it does differ from one strain to another. My AK-47 plants from my last grow never turned yellow, and were smooth as fuck when blazed. The point is that N should be cut off a few weeks (i do a month) before harvest.

It's normal. No worries, their just non-psychoactive dead pistils. Usually when I trim my scissors get covered in resin and hairs only.

Well I'd say go with Serious Seeds; the original. But they don't do feminized (which I don't mind at all). It's a very productive plant. Even though all my AK-47's had a mould problem and had to chop off most of the main colas, they still yielded more than the White Widow! Highly recommend...
