i used to be a outdoor grower. this is the first indoor grow in about 3 year. never had a real problem with then till now, and they didnt come from my plants which makes it even worse. i hope they go away, they piss me off.

all cannabis plants have THC in them even males. ofcourse males have very little THC even at the highest level. i'm not a pro, but ed rosenthal talks about all that in his new book.

i havent seen shit for gnats today sense i sprayed them yesterday with neem oil twice. didnt hurt my cannabis plants at all. but it did kill the lower leafs on my mimosa pudica's tho. and there is a bunch of gnats on the fly tape also. if you dont have any neem oil, i would buy some asap it...

the light from your flower room will probaly help your plants. seeing how the floros dont put shit out for lumes. i used to grow with 4' floros and they were some stretched plants lol. good luck and happy growing.

i would ask the growers in the coco coir thread in general growing i think. they would know about coco the most thats how they grow.

they expand easy. just put in bucket and add water. coco is ph neutral and has no nutes. from what ive read and talked to my hydro shop. the brick is fine they sell them also. you have to water them every day or 2 i believe they told me. their is a coco coir thread on here for just coco growers...

ya i know. kinda pissed their are any kinds of bugs in my house. perventing them im very big on. most of the flys are in the kitchen not my room. and their not from my house plants either. if they are gnats i will take care of them also, hopefuly before flowering. but if not i'll deal with them...

Ed Rosenthal says in his new book to harvest when trichomes are standing up full. not changing color yet. when the color changes that is THC degrade down to CBL, and CBN, which not as powerfull as THC.
