ermmmmmm not really .... you need 6500K and 2700k really (which is code 865 & 827 in these bulbs) ... i'm not saying it won't be of any use but its not what your looking for... you need to get more cfl's or other lighting i'm affraid

you can get that as close as you like .... as long as it don't feel too hot them thats fine... 2 inches is safe i would think it seems to have a defuser not sure you'll need that? but even so it should be safe 2" away

yeah .... i'm at the half way point in my grow, seems to have gone quite quickly so far.... but with five weeks to go i'm having to keep myself busy or i end up watching them lots :-)

i don't know enough about LED's to have an opinion.... i was scared off early doors by LED haters so never even considered them for my grow.. seen some good grows since then, do you need to get them as close to your plants as possible? (thats really important with cfl's) i guess if they don't...

seems you have a rather large lamp inside your raft.... looking good my friend.... wish i could use HPS next grow deffo :-)
