i seen photo plants show sex around day 25 thats about the same time a auto shows sex. so thats leaning more to the sativa's side. 4-6 weeks is the norm with photo strains. .

she looks fine. your soil has some NPK in it so it shouldnt be a big deal. try and hold out on picking early it will be that much better IMO. but if you do it should be a lower branch so you dont mess with the cola too much.

not sure what the "dust" is. are you spraying them with anything? if thats the case you may need to spray them with plain water after you foiler feed. and you should stop spraying them after they get to far into flowering. could cause mold in the bud.

plants should all be photo/reg and all female if it was pollen from a hermie. what strain was the sativa dom?

plant looks healthy, when you transplant be careful not to stress her out to much. autos become stunted when stressed. ill be watching this.

dont want to ask for to much info. but i would really like to know how you get all those plants to the plot when their that big? if this is something you rather not say i understand.

you should get a PH meter its a must for growing the reffer. thats the problem if your not checking the PH of the water/ nutes yor giveing them

whats your PH of your mix you feed them with? you might have PH issues the last pics with the yellow leafs looks like IRON deficiency. feed it some CAL/MAG make sure it has IRON in it. you should think about doing a flush with PH'ed water then 1/4 nutes. also are they in soil, coco, ??

the auto gene is ressive so if you cross (auto X reg) you wont get any autoflowering plants. you would have to inbreed to bring out the ressive auto gene. it doesnt matter if its ( maleXfemale) or (femaleXmale) its the plants genes that matter.

yes thats how you want to set up the exhuast in there. and you shouldnt need a booster fan to bring in any fresh air. the negative peressure from your exhuast will pull fresh air from inside the room that the grow is in. you can make a small hole low on the doors. but the crack under the door...
