update: i put the starter plug in the water farm yesterday. i have timer set to run on for 30 then off for 3 1/2 hours while lights are on, and not running while lights are off. using ro water with cal-mag added. if anyone wants to tag along with this your more then welcome. i'll be keeping the...

what size room? what size light? i built 2 water farms. i just put a seedling in it, in a starter plug. im using boticare nutes for both my soil and water farm. ph and ppm meter is a must. i check my ph 2 times a day. ro water helps keep ph from raising fast.

the ph in the wf was up to 6.4 added a couple drops of ph down to get back to 5.8. plant still looks healthy. will still keep an eye on it, for over watering. soil plants still looking good with good growth at nodes.

i wish i could say rain instead of snow. im already sick of snow.

i cant wait to have the money to order it. then i'll buy a spare door for my closet. cut a 6" hole near the top and use a drier vent exhaust piece filled with active carbon(in a stocking). and i should be all set for now. i hope.

i would use the T5 to start if it starts to stretch switch to the hps

thank you. and hell yea i need a bigger inline. i added a 160 to the intake of the hood to help out. i think i mite buy a 6" 530cfm off of ebay for $100. ive been looking at it for a couple weeks now. by itself it would still move more air then my two 160cfm lowe's inline fans. money is an issue...

sounds like the small grow you got is perfect size them :) im a heavy smoker. even more durring winter when my knees and back hurt alot more. so how much longer you going to veg for?
