i cant go out and buy that much water that often. i live in a trailer park, some one will notice if i keep bringing alot of water home. besides the 5 gallon ones i buy to drink every couple of weeks. what if i put some water in a bucket and then keep adding snow? there's a shit load of snow...

i just checked my water in my dwc its up to 6.45 already. the plug isnt even put in it yet. why does it raise so fast? is there a way to make it stable? how much ph down can i add before it becomes toxic to my plants? its just tap water running right now. i'm doing test for my plugs.

nutes were $40 for all with shipping, and ph and ppm meter were about $15 each i think with shipping. not sure where the recite is at. did i over pay? yesterday was the first time i gave those test plants any nutes. still waiting on my seeds from attitude. ive been waiting about 2 weeks sence...

ok. thats a good idea. i changed the water in the dwc because it had a little clay power on the bottom. i must have moved it around to much. i added ph down again to get it to 5.8 the ppm is 514 now. seeds are in the starter plugs now in plastic cups.

ok thank you. i will keep a eye on water temps. about to go soak the starter plugs in 5.7 ph water for 5 min then put the seeds in them.

2 weeks from putting in the water farm? what is the short name for it is it dwc or something so i dont have to type water farm every time lol.

ok kool thank you for the link. only the grow says for hydro and soil. will update as often as something happens. so start my water farm wil 50% nutes when i put the starter plug in it or no nutes at first? run air pump 24/7?

thank you. the lady at the hydro shop said 10 seconds should be good lol. i ran water over the hydroton for like 1-2 minutes after if was running clear just to make sure.

i went to my local hydroponic shop and bought everything to build 2 water farm buckets. i do need more hydroton tho, and another air pump. i soaked 1 lph and 1 cbb seed last night. they were both at the bottom of the soda caps this morning. i'll be putting the seeds in starter plugs later today...

just added about 10ml of PH down to my water farm to get the ph down to 5.7 i will check the ph later tonight to see if it changes at all. how often should i have to check the ph on a water farm? at what ph should i add ph down to get it back at about 5.8? how often should i do a res change?
