very nice plant, From the look of the leaves it looks like a 80% sativa plant which take longer to flower, ya like ur man said around 3 weeks maybe, from the bud pics there looks like a lot of red hair so id b f and harvesting in 2 weeks..

its a magneisuim deficincy, make sure ur ph is also 6.5. get a fert that has all the micro nutrients in it and feed it that.. nothing to worry about tho its only a few bottom leaves they will die off anyway..
