Buds in the jar look a little premature. Where are you taking your trich sample from? Try looking at the trichs closer to the buds, I've found the trichs on the leaves start to amber before the ones on the buds do. I'd say you have a good idea of when to harvest, 2-3 weeks and start that flush asap.

By 4X42 I meant 4 seperate 42 watt cfl's. I found some at target the other day, they were GE warm white(warm white is best for flowering). I would recommend you try and find some daylight spectrum bulbs for veg though, then switch to warm white when you flower.

It should say on the bottle a recommended normal dosage. Divide that number by four and add it to your water next time your plants need water, they will be fine until then.
