Yes-The leaves and plant can burn from the intensity of light even when heat is removed---I've never personally done a test and I have heard of guys running in the plus range of 80 to 100 watts per square foot without any problems but even the light loving MJ will run into problems at a certain...

you're looking at about 25 watts per square foot plus the 52 watts of CFL(supplemental). Yes- You will be able to flower with those lights-some growers flower with just small CFL's that are even lower in watts than the CFL's you are using- BUT----a 400HPS would be recommended and give you a lot...

Your limited by the growth rate of the plant---Even if all other parameters were perfect more light is only going to be productive up to a certain point then diminish---If you look at the 2-1000's over a true 4x8(measured at the inside diameter of table)----32 squared feet is equal to 62.5 watts...

    *** Ask Dr. VonDankenstine ***

A direct answer would be 4000 watts is not to much----but it is overkill and 2-1000's would cover that space and give you rockstar buds with the use of co2 and the correct environment:mrgreen:---

You can keep the fluorescent lights a inch or two above the plants as long as the flouros are not t5's(they can get warm and hurt the seedlings). I start my seedlings under fluorescents for the first two weeks with just plain water-at the end of the 2 weeks I move them under a 400HPS. Some...

    Who knows about regeneration

You might ask FDD he has great knowledge but I heard or read somewhere that regeneration causes a loss in vigor both in the mother and the clones taking from her---it has to do with a hormone change at the light change--I don't know why this would cause a problem but you might want to ask FDD...

Use the paper bags--It will help balance the moisture in the buds-slow down the drying to at least 5 days---don't let the buds get crisp---If your drying slow then the stem snap method is a good gauge but if 2 to 3 days and your stem snaps-----------drying to fast unless the stems and bud are...
