overtraining is when, say if on monday u done your shoulder workout and on tuesday u done bench presses then u b overtraining (your shoulders, they both work the shoulders) cause they didnt get the chance to recover properly. who am i to say anyway, thats just what iv read, looks like it...

as i said i do full body workouts, i do 8 6 4 reps which are strength/muscle buliding workout.. and give myself 4 days recovery to grow.. if i was doing 8 reps max id need just 2 days recovery what kind of routine do u have going everyday, overtraining is bad 2 u know

what mucles does it work? front delt? what kind of wprkout programs do ye do i do full body 8 6 4 reps, takes 1.5hrs i like to just workout once or twicw a week i hate working out alot, u get sick of it.

i read somewhere that the gnants shit out something on the soil tat can b bad for your roots, but if u put a layer of sand on top that it does not get to roots then... i had them feckers last grow 2 from flowering on and i did nothing and they were fine,

its out in like 10 days.. ya the songs are really good, i heard all but 1 song all the normal ones "the blues" madagasger" etc.. and like 2 weeks ago the songs "scrapped" and another one where up on youtube for a few hours they sounded cool aswell, the weakest song i think is "chinese...

smoking and working out together is so goodd, u work at 100%, i can do the exersises really slow and controlled and on the final rep i hold the weight for as long as i can. ill b sore 2 morrow :leaf: lots of chicken sandwiches aswell, anyone else workout high?
