Interesting thread, I think I will try this with coconut oil and hash oil. I added hash oil to my last batch of brownies and they lasted a lot longer than regular bud brownies.

I prefer Oceanside, I've talked with some agents about my options and I think its best for me. I want to be able to get to the beach easily and I also want a HOUSE not an apartment, duplex, condo, townhouse, ect. So since I'm so picky not much under $1400 a month for me.

Prices don't seem that bad, I'm going to get a small house like 3 bdr near the beach. From what I have seen rent ranges for what I'm looking for are $1400-$2000. I think I can handle that, hella cheaper than Manhattan or DC and I can surf!
