you will want to be using the MH to veg with and the HPS to flower. i would veg them for 3 weeks with just the MH and then flower them with the HPS, and you would easily beat your 1oz mark more like 1.5-2oz if you do a good job hell why not if you got both use the MH and the HPS at the same time

just leave them be, root growth would have really slowed down now compared to a few weeks ago. cmon didnt you watch siccs party cup grow? i did and will never think of root bound plants like i did ever again!! :peace:
