if you wanna top the plant to create new growth do this: look at the very top of the plant... the very top set of leaves where the cola would grow, clip that off right above the set of branches underneath those leaves... this will allow the plant to grow 2 colas instead of one resulting in more...

if the ball sacks have opened up then the pollen has already been pushed into the air... so chances are your females may be ready for to turn hermy now... if this is the case at least grow em till you can get more seed off the plants then you wont have to buy em again, although the seeds you get...

top the plant to prevent further growth in height. i usually toss mine in flowering once the plant is about a foot tall... this way when it flowers it'll end up about 3 feet or so resulting in a decent size yield! great looking buds by the way!

they buds are ready for harvest once the trichomes have turned an amber color, that'll produce a real heavy stone
