looks like a difficiency of sort.. how close are the lights to your plants? use some bloombuster but only use a 1/4 of the recommended instructions for dilluting!
plastic wrap it once, twice then three times put vaseline on the plastic wrap(completely covered and wrap it 4 more times in plastic wrap, shove it in a coffe can(with coffee in it). the dogs wont be able to smell thru the vaseline

it could be possible being with cooler temps at night and not a long enough light cycle during the day. im not sure if its even begginning to flower, could be new leaf growth. get a magnifying glass and look at it closer
