i whould do some reseach on that strain, it mite just turn purple on its own. i dont think cold temps are going to hurt the buds much but i dont know for sure.

well a true purple strain will turn color no matter what..but yeah cold temps have been knowen to trun SOME plants (leafs) purple but i do thinkit will cause the bud to trun purple..were did u get the beans from?

thanks for the replys guys, but i have no probs with the clones going in the 1400+ppm, i veg them for a week befor theygo in and they really take off once they get in there...what i really want to know is if a SUPER BLOOM nute like KOOLBLOOM (DRY) will make the newer plants buds...

hello everyone just had a Q about PPM's : im running a sog in a 4x4 tray with the ppms at about 1400 to 1500 PPM to start then let it go up to as high as 2100+ PPM..but i havest once a week so new clones go in once a week as well....the Q is will to high of a BLOOM nute to early in...

so do all the strains give u a higher yeild when toped?? i was thinking about trying this but i always heard some strains will give a lower yeild when top and thats a chance i cant afford right now ya dig?

you can believe what ever u want, but your giveing alot of incorrect info..a quick search on the web will show Co2 is used at temps of 75F and up..and as long as the plant has anuff nutes, water, light, co2 you can push them as fast as u like... and whats wrong with reading books that have...

YOU may have done it with temps but YOUR not in his garden are you?..so just because you done it doesnt mean thats the only way/thing that makes stems trun purple...a clone has to feed from it leafs when its rooting so by the time it has put out some root they SOMETIMES have a nute diff...

WOW..do u guys just make shit up..whats up with that?..the 1st pic looks like nute burn, i know u said u havent feed her but i whould check if the soil has any nutes in it. but i could be wrong ..the others looks like Phosphorus and some Potassium deficiency..are they flowering?..also check this...

once a clone has roots it should be given 1/4 strgth or less nutes, see how it reacts then go from there...purple stems IS a nute diff not sure of which ones,you will have to do your homework on that...

nice...is opium the only strain ur running? also how tall are they when u flower?, and do u top befor u veg or after? and what size light u useing?

theres many probs going on here, ur best bet is to buy GH 3 part nutes that way u can use it for veg and flower, and you NEED.. YES NEED!! your PH to be correct or you'll have probs..also what the N-P-K of the nutes ur useing?

nice looking plants there grubs, a few Q's if i may?: 1:how big of a area?, 2: how tall are they before u flower them?, 3: how tall are they when there done?..also are u growing SOG? and how far are those in to flower?.

i agree with this..u should add a CAL/MAG that has IRON in it..its a must if ur useing hydro, tap and RO water lacks cal/mag/iron/sulfer:neutral:..and mary jane needs them all..good luck :leaf:meangreen:leaf:.

yeah i read some were that its a sign of a good yeilding plant, it perpareing the branch to hold up its yeild..

yeah i think that he means at the internodes because i see the seem things on my best plants. as for the hollow stems, they seem to be more potent. i also note that my highest yeilding plants use a alot of CAL/MAG (IRON)..
