I wouldn't put them in with full strenget nutes, you will kill them!!!!! do you have a ppm meter and a ph meter? you have to increase the strength over a couple weeks untill you get to full strength or they will die. and you have to give them plain water for the first week and a half to two weeks

it looks like it just needed water, since you have so much perlite in the soil you don't have to let it get bone dry, becuase perlite doesn't retain water well.

all sativas don't take 14 week but they can. and your plant does not look like it is pure sativa but it also not pure indica. so your plant is probably some where in between 9 and 14 weeks

if it was indica dominate yea they would start turning amber at 9 weeks budding . but sativas can take up to 14 weeks to fully mature. but everyone has different preferences

also the buds will not be "ripe" in 60 days, nice setup thought, and infer is right you should paint the buckets or something. you don't want algae robbing your nutes

the -40f might also kill the plant. you can put the plant a sealed container an increase the co2 ppm over 10000ppm for a couple of hours and it will kill all the bugs so you don't have to spray the plant with posion

if there is a disease cuting the leafs off will not get rid of it. cutting the leaves off will NOT cuase the plant to go hermie. the more leaves it has allow it to absorbe more energy so it will grow bigger and faster.
