Seeds like warmth. Sticking them in soil will not promote quick growth like using a heat-pad would. I use the paper towel method, and place it my heat-pad. You could also use a monitor, or anything else warm...Check them frequently, they will dry out quicker.

I wouldn't worry about it...they are smaller than I had pictured, so just give them time. They look healthy, keep it up. You may want to move the light closer or get some more CFL's.

I just did this with some Blueberry clones. The 3rd gen. clones are now being vegged, and have reverted back. They are getting bigger than the 2nd gen. ones in flower now. They have been vegging longer than the last ones...
