hey buck i am building my new grow room and its coming along nicely, to lightproof it i am going to put tiinted tarp everywhere,with reflective insulation on top of that, my main concern is the air flow, i will have a oscilating fan in the , but is that enough,what type of vents do i need in it.

hi guys i would like to let you know that ive taking the advice youve givin me and my adjustments to my plants arangements , i know have a fan on it 247 and im now giving it plant food(24-8-16) even in this first day im feelin a better"vibe" from my plant and it is goin/is doing much better...

What plant nutrients will help build strength in the stem (so what type/brand should I get?)

Also what plant food well help build strength in the stem?

ok well i have somethin holding the plant up now and this is the set up i have going on now.and well the stem eventually become hikc and be able to stand up on its own

im not sure its this heavy duty lamp with a regular floresent light bulb, and what will be the effect on the plant from streching it out?
