This is the aero type setup I use for my seedlings. It is not the typical aerotank, but it should give you an idea. It's just one 150gph pump, some tubing, and 8 sprinker jets.

I like the Q-9 setup you got there, just wondering though... Can you take out that prop. dome, and lower that CFL so that your seedlings will get better lighting? That Flowering chamber looks solid, it's going to get tight. Good luck with it man...I'm curious which wicked strains you have.

I am using both of my fans for my flowering chamber, none in my veg. I air out the veg. chamber as much as possible, but haven't had any noticeable problem. However, the more air-flow, the stronger and thicker your stalks will be.

They will get MUCH bigger...don't even think about taking those top buds, they will be your best. Give it another month, you'll see the difference. Plants looking good wutter...
