i have seen cases where people put their plant under 24 hour light then it turns out to be a hermi. you can still change the lighting to 18/6 after running it 24/0 and it should be fine. people sometimes run 24/0 when the plant first sprouts then change it up to 18/6

i would just put it in a window and watch it grow and when it gets 6 inches tall put it outside. dont put it under 12/12 thats when you want to flower the plant if you do choose to put it under the cfl put it on 18/6 not 12/12 good luck!

yup thats a reason why i run 18/6 lighting. 24/0 is unnatural even though it can be done.

i think every 3 days is good with watering you dont want to over water or leave the soil moist all the time. let the soil dry out and when your plants leaves start to droop water them again and the next day they will be up again
