Depends on the nutes. Plants generally cant use nutrients over 1000 ppm, numerous studies have shown this but we still do run it high! H&G I ran 1600 in the end and no more than 700 by then end of veg. I use my Canna now and never go over 1000 ppm and my plants look no dif.. PPM meter is a must...
