I would not recomend the recipie for secuess(or atleast not by itsself), i used it in my last grow, three plants of good genetics and they seemed lacking in every area high,taste, smell. they do work my plants were huge(avatar pic), but the left...

I used 2 40 watt 4 ft floros, 4 42watt cfl, and 4 23 watts. mitsu how many watts did you use? what did you yeild? I can't imagine how much better it would have been it the lights were closer.....................

to top a plant cut or pinch the top a node down, and LST is bending the branches over a period of time hint low stress training, you have not done this before so i would not recommend it but you can also tie your plants down...........................
