Dont fill the jar fully as it increase's the chances of mold and to your first question from my experience with cfl's its better to have a nice few tops as they are spread out more so each bud site has a light or two to its self! But i've only done two cfl grows so im not to experience!

Probably lowryder #2 are very easy to grow as long as you have a good light and a decent size pot it should grow with no problem!

Everyone greenhose has a certian pull with the cup, but its also about the new strains coming out and what the breeders are working at! And about the super lemon haze maybe its the best all round smoke but what ever won the sativa cup was a more potent sativa high!
