well im in the uk, were about to enter 12 hour day light now, i got a shit load of seeds so wasting a few prob wont be anything to worry about for me.. im gna veg indoors an throw 2 or 3 out after 3 -4 weeks veg, minor for me, if you do.. good luck, let me know how it goes

dont worry buddy, i have a dude whos got a guerilla grow going on a piece of fenced off wasteland , his plants are about 20 meters from the main footpath.. behind 8 foot bushes, there are 200 w hps street lights ont he path way that give a glow to the plant area at night and have been doing so...
