yo i got some potting soil last fall and left it out side all winter. It was froze under 3 foot of snow and ice could i still use it also i got some plant food in my picture album do you think its 3 numbers are good?Thanks guys

I bought 2 bags of soil and they were left outside all winter. They had 3 feet of snow on them and some ice but now everything is all mealted of now. So would it be safe to use for the plants after it dryes out a bit.And inside of my album i got a picture of plant food cheack out the 3 numbers...
