A flush is just plain water that is pH balanced for the plant (strive for 5.5-6.5 pH) and use it to was out salts that build up in the soil - don't add any food stuff to the water when you flush

i agree with this, plus you run the risk of getting it wet when you do your waterings, maybe put it on a stand or something.

since box 1 is smaller, cant you veg all 6 plants in smaller containers. then you have perpetual growth ready to enter the flower room. no time or light is wasted. unless transplanting into larger pots for the flower room isn't posible (don't know why it wouldn't).

the plant looks short and bushy!! but looks good for sure. you mentioned a 150w HPS, I'm using one now. Not to bad on cost <100 buks at the grow shop. But wouldn't use it on more than one or two shorties, not to much light.

I guess that one got f~d up, oh well, ass I was saying, do what you love and the money will follow.
