so I'm kinda confused in what's going on but my interpretation is that you plug only one side of the power stip into a timer and that will turn on and off both of them.
most timers are done by watts. do instance mine can handle about 1760 watts. some can do more some can do less.
That being...
your literally watching a plant grow, I've watched paint dry before the difference is paint will be well dried in 24 hours, not the 240+ hours of growing
So this may seem like a dumb question but if you don't need a mother for 2 months why have a mother?
not like why take one at all I think you should. but couldn't you take a few clones, keep the best one and let it become a new mother? that would take 2 months right? I've cut back roots before...
@Star Dog My understanding is that you can vent during the night as you are fine with normal c02 levels than. I've read of lots of people doing that and tying in a switch so you are able to walk into your room during lights on if that makes sense.
In my opion (as someone who has never ran co2)...
I trim my mother's back if I need to. if they are being really feierc I'll go after the roots. I prefer to plant anything that has a 50% chance to root. but I take 100ish clones a month and keep less than a 3rd
I'm growing some of the archive duct tape too. (I think they brought in the gnats) I dealt with nats yesterday with heavy neem spraying of my whole house. helped to get the normal house plant gnats.
Have your found the duct tape to be a heavier feeder?
I had a similar thought process and decided on just running lines to my plants instead of hand watering. If you are set on hand watering, buy a normal pump and something to screw on to the end to stop the pressure. I have one on everyone of my garden houses outside. has a little thumb switch you...
idk if you solved the issue already. go to home depot and buy yourself a new outlet. there will be a shit pile of voltage running through and it's not worth fucking it up. after that with the box end un attached (the part that goes to the city for power we will be working on the other part)...
I have been reading up on hempy buckets seems like what Im going to go with. just read .smokes grow in perlite that helped alot. I was pretty sure I was going to need a table didn't want to use a wet / dry vac
@.Smoke
I'm reading through your hempy bucket adventures and do you have anything on how you made your buckets, or the links you follow.
sorry to derail the thread but if your looking at this thread you should check out his set up
I'm looking for information about soilless grows. Anything would be appreciated, if you have or know of a soilless grow journal that would be great.
I was thinking of doing a drain to waste in hydroton. will I have to build a waste tray?
I've looked for a thread about this but couldn't find one, if someone has a link that would be great.
So my plan for my grow room is to have a purpetial grow inside my flowering room. I'm hoping to do 16 plants under a 1000 watt in a 4*4ish area. At week 5 (1/2 way) they would get moved to the...
idk how far those lines actually run but i believe if they are running more than 5 feet on each "side" I would either get two 6 inch or 1 8 inch. I've read that's it also easier for the fans to pull than push ♂️ on that one but makes sense to me
as grassburner said there's alot to consider. My quick answer is I wouldn't put that much weight there (but that's to be careful). You probably can, make sure that you have it across a few different floor joist. I would also put it either right above a supporr beam or next to an external wall...
