If I had to guess she is hungry for some calcium since it appears to be spread out and not really bad on the bottom. Your tap water just might not have enough Ca in it to sustain healthy growth in coco, which requires more than your average feed rate.

If you think it's burnt tips (i do as well) then overfeeding is usually your first guess not deficiency. Hard to tell because the pics are under led but if they are green and happy probably just a little tip burn back off the feed for a second.

You got water on the leaf last time you feed it I am guessing. Nothing serious so no need to worry. BTW if that is from just using tap water I would check the ppm of your water because if it is leaving a residue like that your water may be to high of a ppm.

Seen that happen before, nothing to worry about. That is a mild mutation that it will probably grow out of in no time.

Yeah I thought I saw the little gray tufts as well that are the nightmarish start to bud rot. Just try to keep the other jars at a lower moisture level so they don't get this too (probably still have little amounts mixed in if its all from the same plant)
