Well, another day of not receiving my card or being able to get through to the 800 line. 95 days since the state received my app. Way over 100 days since my app was mailed out. I'm losing faith.

My visit to MCO was 7/5, but the state didn't receive it until 7/26. They claim that they mail it out the following Monday, but that seems super long.

I'm in the exact same situation as you. I was able to get ahold of IDPH last week and all they could tell me was "still processing." When I reached out to MCO they told me to keep calling IDPH until I get someone on the phone who can actually track my application. Sooo I placed over 200 phone...

Still waiting for mine as well. Went through MCO, IDPH received my app 7/26...its crazy seeing that people who applied after me are already receiving their cards...is what it is I guess.

So I finally got through to IDPH, all they could tell me is that my application is "still processing." This is nuts.

I went through MCO on 7/5, IDPH did not receive my app until 7/26.... 90+ days and still waiting.

It was nice for me to hope as well. When I received the email from medcard clock on 9/26 stating my card should arrive today, I knew it was too good to be true. Still no card to this day.

So I mailed my application on 7/9 and was just advised that it was not received until 7/26. Looks like Im gona be waiting even longer than expected.

Medcard clock says 5 days as of yesterday. I don't think that's going to happen.
