Hey what's up folks. Been growing in Colorado for 15+ years. Grew for a dispensary here too, looking to get back into that! Check my journal for some pics of that grow.
I agree with giving grow fert. And also yes plants can run out of N during bloom. I give mine grow fert every once in a while during flower for just this reason, plus it avoids over bloom ferting...
You can chop the dead parts and the remainder will still grow, but much slower. Question is does the rest of the plant have the existing problem too, just not showing it yet.
I have that same light and I have it 2 inches from the top of my plants. I have it almost like vert hung in the middle of some plants. So you can get them fairly close to the plants.
You can take clones from early flower. They'll take time to revert back into veg. So yes you have to put them in veg. There really isn't a huge con except that they will take time to revert back to veg and begin to show a lot of new growth.
This first set is from a legal Medicinal Grow in Colorado where I worked. 100,000 watts of light in the facility. Good times... Will post pics of my personal legal grow soon as well. Thank Jah for Colorado!
Some pics for you all. Some of the photos are from a legal medicinal grow that I worked at. There was 100,000 watts of light there... I'll be happy to answer any questions. Some of the other pics are of my small home grow. (also perfectly legal in the wonderful state of Colorado)
At about the 8th node you will get the perfect V. You clip the center stalk, leaving the two others with their fan leaves. You can top before then though, it depends on how short you want them. More topping equals smaller but more buds. Weight should be the same.
Run off tests are not good. You want the actual water that you are putting in with nutes to be between 5.8 and 6.3 Ph. The plants take up alot of the water as soon as you water if you're drying your pots properly. So you want the plants to be taking it up between 5.8 and 6.2 depending on growing...
Lets plants go as long as you can, depending on what strain. Some plants go 10-12 weeks til they are done. Recently had a Kushage that went 16 weeks... bomb smoke though. Just not familiar with OG Kush.
