Lights too bright? Growing short and stocky. Small grow tent so it might work well. Should I dim the lights to get more vertical growth?

Waiting for the lights to go back on and having second thoughts. I'm thinking the 2 gallon pot is too small for the effort. I've got the pots setup and ready to go. About an extra inch diameter and maybe an inch at the bottom.

Best to transplant when the lights go on?

I'm gonna give it a shot. Going from 3/4 gallon to just under 2 gallon doesn't seem to give the roots more room to grow down. Just to the sides of the pot.

I went from a very small seed starter pot to a 3/4 gallon pot without issues. Was thinking about going to a 2 gallon pot next then to a 5 gallon pot. The roots are already showing in the 3/4 gallon pot after transplanting on the 1st of this month. Gonna transplant tomorrow. Into 2 gallon or 5...

Exhaust fan and 2 oscillating fans. I had to dry off the soil last night because of a hand full of fungi gnats. Should I use Neem oil to kill the fungus and re-wateer?

Should I and dirt for support or bend stem for re-rooting? Any other options? Thank you!
