illl bet that if you look at the bottom of the pots you will see white crust built up on the bottom, i had a plant that this happened to and basicly whats going on is the salt is keeping the plant from sucking up all the nutrients and water it needs, ill bet with a good flush it will clear up

there is no need to switch to 18/6 unless you want to slow down the veg growth, and dont forget that some strains will actually start to flower if you do that, its not that they will flower under 18/6 but a drop in light cycle will trigger them sometimes, generally what i do is flower indica...

if your doing strait from clone or with short veg then go with ebb and flo (flood and drain) as its better suited to that system, if you like to grow big ones or have plant limits like i do then a bucket system/dwc is better.....as for nutes pretty much all nutes have a line that will work for...

thats a 400 watt ballast, the sticker is to denote which it is thats why there is the black dot over the 400, your idea of adding a 250 is good and floros will do fine for veg the more hid light you have on the flowering plants the better
