Yes it looks that way. Be careful with wood ash, only a light sprinkle in the root zone breakdown of 0-0-60 and sweetens the soil, sometimes too much. But it is a fast acting organic way of adding K.

What is this 'organic' soil you have there? Its crap and that plant hates it and you need to use something better like coco/perlite 70/30 .

Maybe you should have left that branch on and got a batch of S1 fem seeds.

It could be getting locked out due to the salt build up. Flush, re pot then start hydro nutes.

Looks like they need more P. Try some hydro flowering nutes you can use every watering. And get some saucers under the pots.
