Depending on variables, stretch is typically used to finish the fill and get sites above the screen. If your space limited and have little room to grow vertically, this option may be well suited.

Keep in mind the roots would still have positive tropism, but the stem and foliage would be trained downwards to the screen, then grown out sideways over a light which would be below the plants. I hope I am communicating this effectively
