Do the foliar for spider mites. Neem is systemic, but by doing a drench, it'll be absorbed in the roots then sent throught the plant, however spider mites wont eat past the phloem of the plant and I believe neem would be transported through the xylem (might be wrong on this part)
Amber is not thc degradation, brown is actually thc degradation.
There are some sativa strains that have an early Amber. Hell the "blue dream" I got this year was showing Amber by week 5
Honestly, don't go by what a package says. They're rarely right.
I'd give it another week, but tell you what, do a staggered harvest. Cut the tops or the ones you think are ready.
