Thats far too hot for growing dope. You will have major issues during flowering. Cooltubes, exhausting old hot air outside the grow area room ,fans , run lights at night etc. As it is you may as well not bother at 35 deg.

yes apart from one having seeds and the other not, it not as strong, not as much resin or THC . It takes a lot of energy to produce seeds and while its doing that its not producing bud.

It could be too hot in there. Burnt leaves and stretchy long stems. Whatever it is its not good for the final weight.
