^^^i'm with tooteefrootee on this, a standard classic strain to learn on is Northern Lights; but i cut my teeth on nirvana's white rhino (don't get started on the controversy in this strain's genealogical history) and found it to be extremely hardy, forgiving, and potent with low growing odor...
