I have seen the anecdotal etcs of stress-techniques to induce plant "overridrives" , but imho I think one can achieve the same results with such practices~ In-regards to cannabis sat/ind/rud bio-terp clock, there certainly is such a window but it i'm assuming its genetics/strain specific-- so...
