When I make my cakes I use BRF, verm, and WBS for extra nutes. For 1 qt jar I use 1/4 cup of WBS. I havnt done cakes in a while, trays yield so much more, and dont seem to get contams till the 3rd flush. Plus you dont have to dunk and roll.
