Here is an update on the worst plant. Seems like the spreading has stopped. It did end up affecting all 4 strains I have all on different levels. Still not sure if it was a burn or def. Kinda scared to give anything other than water though.
just checked my nots and I used 3 ML Botanicare Cal-Mag per gallon of water. Honeslty I think the spotting may have been on one leaf before the cal-mag feeding. I'm not sure, my days gets mixed up sometimes. Thats why I take notes :)
if the roots soil runs hot, which seems to be the general consensus among user then am I going to overdose on N by adding cal/mag to every watering? At least in the beginning while the soil is still nutrient rich?
That all makes some sense, I can find valid points in everyones advice. I really appreciate the help everyone! Anyway I already did the flush last night. I put around 3.5 gal through each 1 gal pot.
If the burn is that crazy from this soil have I been led down the wrong path in my soil choice...
Ok guys, I'll proceed with a flush and let you know what happened.
P.S. do you guys ever think about doing one treatment to a half the plants and another treatment to the other half? Just to learn, to say well that was definitely the right choice. Wouldn't have to be half either, could be...
based on all the deficiency charts, pics and verbiage I can fine I would think its possibly a calcium deficiency but I was leaning towards nute burn sense this showed up after giving cal/mag.
Ok guys, I've been reading the deficiency and bug charts for three days but I'm just more confused. I've talked to every grow shop in my area and now I'm connived these people don't really know about plant life and more so just the products they sell.
This started in about four days ago on a...
These pics are from last night, day 8 after transplant into mostly 1 ga pots. I have lost two plants about 4 days ago.
ok so first pic has been in a few of the previous posts. Plant continues to yellow and leaf tips are brown and curled up. New growth is present on top, is lime green but not...
So should I start feeding them liquid nutes now? And move the T5's right down on top of them? Also side question, does soil expire. I just noticed my Vermisoil has an experation date of 06/13. No wonder sales guy talked me into that instead of the FFOF and leap frog.
Ok, so check out this plant. its one of the wilted plants from the first picture I posted, the wilting has eased up buts its yellowing pretty quick. I also attached a pic of the soil i'm using. I still have not fed any nutrients. I've just been sticking to water.
Ok so an update. With one extra humidifier I've got the room to 35RH. I'll probably add a third one tomorrow.
So I checked the soil again tonight and it's still moist about 1/2" down and pots are heavy but what I noticed was the clone cube was dry as a bone. So I decided to water three of the...
Sorry guys didn't mean to reply twice with same reply. My computer wigged out for a second. My good friend told me before I started this that it's better to do less and most new people screw up by trying to fix or correct every symptom. But after all the hard work building the veg and flower...
Ok so I'll try and give a percise breakdown of my room, conditions and what i've done. Also this is my first grow attempt sense age in 10 years when at that time I didn't take it seriously and ended up with crap.
veg room is 5' x 9'
6'' fresh air intake with filter (no fan)
6'' exhaust with...
