Newly transplanted clones looking bad, please help

These pics are from last night, day 8 after transplant into mostly 1 ga pots. I have lost two plants about 4 days ago.
ok so first pic has been in a few of the previous posts. Plant continues to yellow and leaf tips are brown and curled up. New growth is present on top, is lime green but not perky kind of tired looking (the new growth).
Second pic is a representative of about 4 of the original twelve that while showing the same yellowing and brown tips has some pretty explosive new growth. It has put on about two inches in hight in the last three days. Also first new growth really popped after I gave its first dose of 1/4 strength nutes on the 24th.
Lights on 78-82 degrees
lights off 66-70 degrees
RH 30
watering every other day at this point
one does of 1/4 strength nutes
any input would be helpful.
