Yo are these seeds sativas or a indica what cause the indicas ned a lot more moisture (humidity) in the air and the sativas as long as your above 20% youll be fine as for the germinating seeds just wait keep moist and warm theyll sprout!

Yo I did mine about an inch below and it took 2 days to see anything so yeah just wait but dont unburry it.
